Terms of Service

These Terms govern purchases from and use of InstaKits, operated by ECOMAKSEL LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By placing an order or using a product, you agree to these Terms and the license displayed with that product.

Eligibility and orders

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for providing accurate order and contact information. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, legal restrictions, or violations of these Terms. If we cancel a paid order before delivery, we will refund the amount paid.

Digital products

InstaKits sells downloadable design templates and related digital files. No physical product is shipped. Product listings identify the included files, required software, price, and available license. Colors and appearance may vary by device or software.

Payments and delivery

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at checkout and may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Applicable taxes may be added. Access is provided after successful payment through the method described at checkout. See our Digital Delivery and Refund Policies for additional details.

License

A purchase grants only the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license stated on the product page or accompanying license document. Unless expressly permitted by that license, you may not resell, sublicense, share, distribute, publish, or make the editable source files available to another person. You may not present the original template itself as your own product. Commercial use is allowed only where the purchased license expressly permits it.

Ownership

ECOMAKSEL LLC and its licensors retain all ownership rights in the templates, website, branding, and associated intellectual property. Your purchase is a license to use the files, not a transfer of copyright or ownership.

Acceptable use

You may not use our products or website for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website.

Third-party tools

Some products require third-party software or services such as design or presentation applications. Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes to third-party products, subscriptions, or compatibility outside our control.

Disclaimers and liability

Except for rights that cannot legally be excluded, products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that a template will produce a particular commercial result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ECOMAKSEL LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence remain unaffected.

Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively by publishing a revised version and date. The terms presented at the time of purchase govern that transaction unless a change is required by law.
